• Build something beyond the classroom.  As we ask better questions, we inspire curiosity. Strategize ways to promote a culture where learning is not just a periodic activity but a continuous journey.
• Create collaborative platforms. As we create space for others to learn, we provide opportunities for teams to learn from each other.  What platforms can we facilitate – from group discussions, peer-to-peer mentoring, or collaborative projects – that will build stronger teams within your organization?
