The Association for Talent Development-Orange County (ATD-OC) is a chapter of the Association for Talent Development (ATD), an international non-profit organization dedicated to the professional development of those in the training and organizational development, and has been in existence for over 50 years.

Through programs and events aligned with ATD’s core competencies model, we create a community in which workplace learning and performance best practices can be applied to all organizations: business, government, non-profit or for profit.
