Passionate about servant leadership, evidence based learning and development strategies, coaching, mentoring and developing others. I take joy in helping others develop to their fullest potential. Over 20 years of experience with technical training and classroom facilitation, 15 of which were for top 100 Am-law firms. I led and work with teams of IT professionals, HR and Office Administrators to evaluate, assess, design and develop firm-wide training programs. I also spent a couple of years as a recruiting operations trainer and several years as a professional development trainer. As a consultant, I help organizations develop their leadership and first-time manager programs, increase employee engagement and loyalty, and build teams for effective performance. With a strong background in systems analysis and design from Teachers Columbia University and a doctorate in Organizational Leadership, I am adept at identifying needs and supporting clients develop sustainable solutions.
