About Me-Bio
I've been a training and development professional for many years, and I was a training sort of person long before that. Growing up, I was the one helping other kids learn to draw an elephant, ride a bike or understand fractions; like many other learning professionals, I feel successful when I've helped someone else succeed.

For many years the leader of the learning function at Bally Total Fitness, a major services corporation with over 400 locations and 20,000 employees, I'm currently a training consultant designing, developing and delivering--and helping to implement-training, coaching and other learning solutions for organizations and individuals in Orange County and around the country.
