With over 14 years of progressive experience designing and facilitating complex learning & development programs in the professional services and higher education industries, I have determined that my passion is helping people maximize their unique potential. Throughout my career I have spearheaded new learning initiatives, led diverse teams, and managed complex projects. I am a certified leadership development facilitator with experience designing and delivering face-to-face and virtual workshops for audiences of up to 400 people.
