About Me-Bio
I am a home grown internal trainer and performance consultant with my company. I started my career in leadership and along the way found that I had a passion for trying to make complex explanations simple so everyone can be on the same page. A training partner suggested that I throw my hat into the ring to do training and I found that I LOVED it. Unlike other career roles where I moved around quickly to keep challenging myself, training/internal consulting/OD provides so many opportunities that I still feel challenged because there is so much that I want to learn.
