About the Presenters

Ferril Onyett is Director, People Development and Global Learning at Taco Bell.  She has extensive experience in Training and Development, Organizational Development, and Operations in multiple industries.  She has worked internationally and was on an ex-pat assignment for the opening of Tokyo, Disneyland.

Ferril’s education includes an undergraduate degree in Operations Management from California State University, Fullerton and an MBA from Pepperdine University. She is on the board of Make A Wish, Orange County and the Inland Empire.

Mazen Albatarseh is the Director of Management Systems and the Customer Engagement team at Taco Bell’s global headquarters in Irvine, CA. Mazen’s team designs and develops the people systems, vision, and strategy and ensure all programs, services, and systems are simple, integrated, and executable. This includes management roles, routines, and restaurant systems that enable people development, customer service improvements, and profit growth.

Prior to his current role, Mazen worked as the KFC Operations Director for KFC in the Middle East, North Africa, Pakistan & Turkey where he worked with franchisees and operators to drive Regional excellence and deliver outstanding balanced scorecard (people, customer and financial) results. He also worked as the Taco Bell International Operations and Training leader supporting both new and existing business units in countries around the world including Mexico, Middle East, India, South America, and Europe.

Cancellation/refund deadline is noon on the Monday before the meeting. No shows will be charged in full.
