We are trying something new this year! This is a Breakfast Meeting!

Are you challenged with any of the following?

1. Getting senior leaders to understand the connection between culture, development, and the bottom-line

2. Helping leaders understand the importance of creating a customer-centric culture as their only competitive edge

3. Having your training budget cut because you don’t have the data to prove your case

4. Helping your organization stay competitive in today’s hyper-competitive world

5. Having difficulty getting everyone in the organization aligned from the board room to the front line to your organization’s vision, mission, and values

If you answered “yes” to any of these statements, you need to attend this meeting.

Pattie Grimm will be sharing some new insights on creating a customer-centric culture and how to measure the impact of employee alignment, empowerment, customer, and competitive knowledge. This informative and interactive session will help you elevate your programs and gain senior management’s buy-in and support of your talent development programs.

Key Topics:

  • Understand the connection between customer centricity and business performance
  • The 7 cultural traits of a customer centric culture
  • How data proves proof to senior leaders on the need for talent development programs
  • How to create a vision alignment map which aligns everyone from the board room to the front line
