As part 1 of a two part series, Creating Training is taught by senior training professionals from the ATD‐OC community.  This program takes participants from the initial needs analysis through the evaluation phases of a training program. Topics include:
  • Performance Consulting
  • Needs Analysis
  • Program Design
  • Document Design
  • Program Evaluation
