Review one (or more) engagement surveys over the past few years, and you may be inclined to believe that engagement is at an all-time low.  ATD-OC has quoted Gallup's statistic that 70% of the workforce is disengaged, and we ought to do something about that.

Rich Hazeltine is joining us to dispute that.

Not that we ought to do nothing about engagement.  We absolutely should.  And most of his January webinar will address just that.

After reviewing 2019 engagement surveys from several agencies, Rich will discuss what happens if we don't monitor or nurture engagement.  He'll illustrate methods to improve engagement throughout any generation (including those much-maligned Millennials), including Amazon's principle of working backward.  You'll leave with an Engagement 2020 survey to help you document the "Why," "What," and "How" of engagement within your organization.

We'll follow this webinar up with an action item on how you can apply the lessons from this Engagement webinar.  Access the action item instructions and files here.
