Our learners are used to incredible experiences, using the best technology, all while helping them learn and perform better.  As the talent development field adjusts to changes in learner expectations, we find ourselves not only the curators of content and objectives, but custodians of the learner experience.   Where does a module interface lose our learners?  Which activity, while pedagogically sound, confuses program participants?

The field of Learner Experience includes new theories, approaches, and technology that intersects our own and can advance how we deliver training.

This workshop is designed to help you identify those tools, practice using them, and put together a plan to apply those tools when you get back to your job.

  • Identify the pieces of a learning journey map and build out a sample journey map
