Training Management Meet-Up is a forum for training managers and leaders to share ideas. In this session we will share a simple innovation that can jazz up your online meetings and reduce time spent in classroom collaboration. 

  • Lessons Learned in Virtual Training

    ATD-Orange County dove into virtual training along with the rest of the world this year, and challenged the medium with innovative approaches to remotely facilitate engaging instructor-led content.  What lessons did we learn?  What best practices might we share?  A quick panel discussion with some of our virtual event facilitators.

  • Critical Skills Discussion

    Presenting a micro case study for breakout room discussion. Join in with other learning professionals discovering a critical skill for talent development specialists.


About our Facilitators

Special Interest Group (SIGs) leaders focus their talent development passions to complement our general chapter learning events.  They offer small group meetings where people with a specific area of expertise or interest can get together and be more laser-focused in their learning and networking.

Each ATD-OC Learning Event will be aligned to one Talent Development  Capability, as identified by ATD National.

We seek to update our member's knowledge of relevant industries and industry segments.

About Registration:

For evening meetings: Pre-registration closes at noon on the day of the meeting, but walkins are welcome.

For breakfast & lunch meetings: Pre-registration closes at noon on the day before the meeting, but walkins are welcome.

Cancellation/refund deadline is noon on the Monday before the meeting. No shows will be charged in full.
